The Executive Secretary Kaduna Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission ( RMAFC,) Dr. Mohamed B Shehu has said winners take all during the election is the bane of Nigeria democracy and must be discouraged
He made the assertion while speaking to the media in Kaduna northwest Nigeria on 8th September 2021.
Dr. Mohamed B Shehu added that as long as all political parties are allowed to field honest and credible candidates, democracy would achieve success.

Dr. Shehu further advised local governments to devise new channels for improved internal revenue generation through taxes and other sources to enhance performance.
