Action Alliance party has disassociated itself from a protest by some people parading themselves as members of the party.

This was Contained in a Communique issued at the end of an emergency meeting of the leadership of Action Alliance held yesterday.

The Communique signed by National Publicity Secretary Comrade Olu Omotosho Stated that the leader of the protest Kenneth Obidiche Udeze ceased to be a Party member after he wady expelled from the party on the 14th day of February 2020 at a National Convention held in Osogbo and monitored by INEC.

The Party further Stated that when INEC refused to recognize his candidate for the upcoming Anambra election he dragged the electoral umpire to court in suit No. CV/1734/2021, and rather than waiting for the Court decision, he stormed the INEC office protesting.

“As a lawyer, we believe he should be more knowledgeable than attempting to pervert course of justice. While not wait to add the outcome of this matter to the list of your shameful legal losses, rather than trying to blackmail INEC into your orchestra dance of illegalities?

“We plead the general public to be mindful of this prowling sleaze expert. Our party Action Alliance answers for non of his extortive adventures against any willing soul.

“The information is out there for anyone mindful of where he puts his/her money. The general public and the world had been warned before now about Kenneth.

“Kenneth took INEC to court against Edo governorship election claiming he was the chairman but he lost on the ground that he had no locus standi to institute such action, having been expelled from the party.

” He did the same for Ondo election, and lost as well and likewise all other actions he instituted against INEC, Action Alliance and the current National Chairman Hon. Adekunle Rufai Omo-Aje”

He claimed INEC refused to obey court order of 2016 judgement that reinstated him as National Secretary,  whereas INEC actually reinstated him then as the National Secretary,

That position has nothing to do with his suspension in 2019 and expulsion in 2020 as National Chairman and even as a member of the party, of which no court has nullify the said suspension of 2019 and expulsion of 2020.
