Praises, thanksgiving, galore, as House of Purpose Ministry celebrates its 17th anniversary

House of Purpose Ministry U/Sunday Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State, celebrated its 17th anniversary amidst praise and thanksgiving galore on Sunday, 12 May 2024.
Men, women, youths, and children of the church were beautifully dressed dancing to songs from the choir as they worshipped God.

Apostle Yakubu Yusuf, said he and all the members of the Church have a reason to praise God for his mercy and faithfulness in the 17 years saying beyond celebration it is time to reflect on God’s benevolence, goodness, and mercies within the 17 years of existence.
Apostle Yakubu further noted that the purpose of the church was to contribute its quota to the expansion of Christ’s Kingdom by helping men and women discover their purpose of existence.
“We achieve this purpose and mission by evolving a system of hunger for the Word. “We believe the Word of God is the ultimate mechanism to get life work and drive it into success and fulfillment.
“So, we mobilize souls, and apply both conservative and modern creative techniques to execute the great commission, to get their hearts open to their ultimate need,” he added
Apostle Yakubu Yusuf, says life in the Ministry is like any other thing in life saying it has ups and downs, sometimes it is, challenges and threatens you but it makes you stronger and better equipped for the future.
He further said that he is trusting God for greater things and this next phase is a time to draw closer to God by winning souls for the kingdom which is what the church is called to do and that he takes up this responsibility God is going to do great and mighty things amid His people.
Apostle Yakubu Yusuf, advises young ministers to always stay with God because Ministry without God becomes a misery. he said to stay humble and focused and God will lead them to where he wants them to be.
Speaking to the media a founding member, Architect Lawrence Peter Gambo said, celebrating seventeen years is a blessing, in his words, “To bring up a child to the teenage age of 17 is not easy so God has been faithful to us.
He appreciates the grace of God upon the senior pastor Apostle Yakubu Yusuf for answering the call of God upon his life and running the vision with clarity, diligence, knowledge, wisdom, love, care, and understanding for the sheep and most importantly he is a man of integrity knowing that he is working into God not man. He prays for more of the Anointing to do greater works.
