KADCHMA Trains 15 Personnel On Improve Service Delivery

The Kaduna State Contributory Health Management Authority (KADCHMA) has commenced a two-day training of 15 personnel on improve service delivery.
Speaking during the training in Kaduna yesterday, the Director-General of KADCHMA, Abubakar Hassan said that the essence of the training is to increase knowledge level on functioning effectively and delivering excellent service delivery in the state.
“Part of our mandate is to provide sustainable, quality and affordable health care services with Financial Risk Protection to the residents of Kaduna state. Some of the residents are not aware of our health scheme so we have to train our personnel in other to sensitize them to register into the scheme”.
He said “we are training them to be able to identify and utilize various methodologies of delivering excellent customer service in their places of work. We are hoping that at the end of the training they will be able to deliver effectively in their offices ”
The DG reiterated that the participants are expected to develop greater understanding of an excellent service delivery, appreciate the principles and factors that can bring about work place productivity by exceeding customers expectations, he said.
Hassan said “the world is advancing technologically and digitally, so we as organization cannot avoid to be left behind, hence there is need for training and retraining of our personnel”.
He noted that marketing health insurance products deserves special skills in order to convince the people especially those ones at the grassroot level, he said.
