AA National Chairman bags honorary Doctorate degree

The National Chairman of Action Alliance Party, Hon. Adekunle Rufai Omoaje has been Conferred with an honorary doctorate degree award (Honoris Cause) in Politics and Corporate governance by British American University in Florida USA.
This was contained in a statement by the Party and made available to the media in Kaduna yesterday.
The statement stated that the University awarded the AA National Chairman the honorary Doctor in Politics and Corporate governance for the immense contributions in grassroots politics and public service in Nigeria, at its 2022 Special Convocation and Honorary award during award and investiture ceremony, held at Monac hotel, Akure, the Ondo State capital,
Omoaje an indigene of Ede Osun State, started politics over 40 years ago and has held several political positions before becoming the National Chairman of the Action Alliance.
He is a widely travelled politician, and said to be a political tactician who understands the nitty gritty of politics, hence the award to be bestowed upon him.
As one of the pillars of democracy in the country, the award is aimed at celebrating the Dr Omoaje resolve to continue to be useful to his fatherland and humanity.
Speaking after receiving the award, Dr. Omoaje who expressed gratitude to the British American University in Florida USA. For the honour attributed the achievement to his contribution towards bettering the lives and development of people of Nigeria via grassroots politics and good governance.
