Estate developers promises to subsidize accommodations in Nigeria

Estate developers in the country have re-affirmed their commitment towards providing housing and office accommodations to people at subsidized rates.
The National President Estate Developers Association of Nigeria REDAN Dr Aliyu Oroji Wamakko stated this in a telephone interview with Journalists in Kaduna.
He said with the coming of the new year 2023, the association has mapped out plans towards provision of houses and office accommodations to people at affordable prices to meet their needs.
According to him in most countries of the world, Real Estate Developers played significant role to socio-economic development of such nation’s.
Dr Aliyu Oroji Wamakko therefore, called on the federal government of Nigeria to fully embrace the association for continued support to the economy and job creation.
The National President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria REDAN thanked federal government, the Federal Mortgage Bank FMB and other organizations for their immence support and contribution to estate development activities in the country.
He contended that as the association presently embarked on effective housing policies implementation to ease problems of accommodation, government should further rededicate it self towards supporting such course to achieve success.
Dr Aliyu Oroji Wamakko therefore stressed the need for adequate involvement of the Real Estate Developers in the annual federal, state and local government budgets for the provision of houses at subsidized rate.
The President who is also a staunched All Progressives Congress APC supporter expressed optimism that the party with the current people’s support will insha Allah win the forthcoming general elections in the country.
He called on the party supporters to remain as an indivisible entity to succeed.
