Abba, who was represented by the Executive Coordinator of LCF, Mr. Irole Charles, said the foundation was inaugurated in 2021 with the aim of serving young people in the fields of education, health, protection, sports development, and secure livelihood in order to bring positive change to society at large.

“LCF’s main interests are centered on issues related to the empowerment of youth, bringing about productive change, sexual and reproductive health, household economic strengthening, and mental health,” he said.
The founder of LCF also used the opportunity to roll out the five-year program of the foundation which will include improved individual health and equitable services through strategic partnerships and sustainable programs. He itemized the programs to include increased literacy levels of students, increased capacity of teachers to effectively deploy literacy sessions, increased percentage in the number of students on scholarship, increased financial literacy among youth, increased employability skills of youth, increased interpersonal and leadership skills of LCF using sports, and increased access to potable water, sanitation, and hygiene for 5,000 less privileged persons.
Mr. Abba informed that the foundation has a vision of caring and supporting individuals who are passing through difficult times and helping them to find solutions to their problems.
“Our mission is also to improve outcomes in the lives of the vulnerable and less privileged, especially children, women, girl-child, and youth by providing them with quality healthcare, education, empowerment, skills training, and income-generating activities,” he added.
