Business mogul and a philanthropist, Alhaji Mohammed Indimi, has said, he did not acquire his education within the four walls of classroom alone, rather embraced home learning.
He stated this when he was conferred with a Doctorate Degree Causa in Entrepreneurship from the Kaduna State University (KASU) on December 18, 2021.
Indimi who is the Executive Chairman/CEO Oriental Energy Resources Ltd and Chairman and Pro-Chancellor Borno State University and Board Member of Arab Contractors Nigeria Ltd said, the degree would spur him to come up with more innovation in the business sector.
The recipient who is fluent in Kanuri, Hausa, Arabic, English, and French, thank KASU for the honor done to him.
Indimi, an in-law to President Muhammadu Buhari, who was physically present at the colorful robing ceremony, said that he was highly honored.
The renowned philanthropist, born on August 3, 1947, has awarded scholarships to many students, who study in Nigeria and abroad.
Performing the ceremony at the Nasir Ahmad el-Rufa’i Lecture Theatre (1000-seater) the Vice-Chancellor KASU, Professor Mohammed Tanko, said the recipient was awarded the degree based on his immense contributions to the business environment in the country.
